1. What CreatorSuites Is

CreatorSuites (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the platform at creatorsuites.app — a SaaS tool that helps content creators manage brand deals, track sponsorship income, generate AI-powered pitches, and analyse their creator business. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CreatorSuites.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. CreatorSuites is intended for individual creators and small creator businesses — not for resale or unauthorised third-party access.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, sold, or used in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CreatorSuites to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of bulk outreach without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deal or payment data.
• Circumvent, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable laws, including advertising disclosure regulations.
• Use AI-generated pitches to deceive brands about your identity, reach, or metrics.

We may suspend your account without notice for violations of this section.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Plans

CreatorSuites offers a Free tier and paid plans (Creator at $9/month, Pro at $19/month). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Plan details and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

5.3 Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. CreatorSuites does not store your full card details. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your content

You own the deal data, brand contacts, media kit content, and other materials you upload or create in CreatorSuites. By using the platform you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

6.2 Our platform

The CreatorSuites software, interface, branding, and all associated intellectual property remain exclusively ours. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

CreatorSuites uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to help you draft brand pitches, negotiate deal terms, and generate business insights. AI-generated content is a starting point, not professional advice.

• Pitches and suggestions may contain errors — always review before sending.
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or contractual advice.
• We make no guarantee that AI-generated pitches will result in brand deals.
• You are responsible for all content you send to brands.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorSuites is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, deals, or business opportunities.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content or analytics.
• Service interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, social platforms).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of CreatorSuites after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first — we would rather resolve issues directly than through formal proceedings.
